Thrown out of Dreamweaver

My Dreamweaver on my old compuer using XP is no problem but since I migrated to my new computer - with Vista - everytime I hover over the Commands toolbar (or click on commands) I am chucked out of the program - all other toolbars are fine and work.

I installed exactly the same way as I did on my old machine - there seems to be a Vista issue conflict - what to do only I want to go into commands to clean up my code?

What version of DW?

And is DW giving you an error on the crash or is Windows?

It could be a bad preferences file.?If so check out step 5 of the following KB article to generate new preferences file:
