I don't know what to do... I've been looking everywhere for an answer and it can't be found. maybe it's a glitch in the mac osx operating system.
any image i've imported to the library become a green box on the stage. when the scene or movie is previewed the image appears but i'm unable to see it otherwise. can someone please explain why i cannot see a jpg that has been imported on the stage???
Chance are you have the ''Show layers as outlines'' selected for that layer (possibly all).?On the timeline where the layer name is there are three icons at the top right... an eyeball, a lock, and a rectangle.?Try clicking the rectangle symbol... that is how you switch the outline mode on/off.?You can control it for individual layers or for all at once.
PEAAAASE help meeehmm, yeah that's exactly how it looks. but it's not set to ''show as outline''. is there a preference or option that defaults a placed image as being shown as only an outline?
