My copyright watermark is really small (smaller than those of my colleagues who are exporting from LR in the same way that I am). I don't see any way to change it. Help!

The difference between yours and theirs is more than likely due to the size of the exported image. As the size of the exported image gets smaller the text size will appear larger. This means that the watermark for a 600 by 400 pixel image will be larger than it would be for a 1500 by 1000 pixel image.
