CS4 wont load - shut down Bridge? Help

Newbie here

Just rec. my CS4 and I am trying to install it and it keeps freezing and telling me that I need to turn off Bridge.?I did not know I turned it on and I sure dont know how to turn it off....

Anyone???

Look in Task Manager (press Ctrl+Alt+Delete) and look under the Processes tab. If you see it there, highlight it and click End Process,
